Doha International Family Institute (DIFI) participated in the awareness seminar entitled “Giving But” organized by Ehssan, which aimed to educate the participants about the rights of the elderly and their basic needs, and held in celebration of the International Day of Elderly.
Ms. Fatima Al-Mutawa, Research and Grant Specialist, presented a working paper entitled “The Importance of Empowering Older Women in Various Fields”, stressing the importance of empowering older women and demonstrating their contribution in the various fields and opportunities available to them.
The Doha International Family Institute (DIFI) has launched the OSRA research grant in its sixth cycle which is a research grant on Arab families and family policy related issues.
